Radio Book Review!

Guess what?  About 10 minutes ago, I was on the radio!  I did a book review for Kids Korner, a radio show with live callers, and music!  And here’s a review I’m writing:

ALCATRAZ VS THE EVIL LIBRARIANS:

The Alcatraz Vs books are what you might call strange in a funny way.  In them, a teenager named Alcatraz has to save the world from evil librarians, who have already conquered our 7 continents.  But Alcatraz, along with several more heroes with prison names, like Bastille and Quentin, go off to save the world, with only powerful glasses and special talents.  But in the midst, lies a danger far more killer than normal Librarians.

Cryptids: Jurassic Park Is Real-Or Is Thought By Others

Okay, when I posted about Coelocanths, I knew that people have sighted living prehistory-dinosaurs.  This is a story I like to call Jurassic Park Has Jumped Off The Screen

Our story begins 65 million years ago, in the Cretaceous period.  Big meteor hits Earth, see ya dinos!  Or so we think.  Fast forward to modern times.  Actually, 1944.  A man saw what seemed to be this:

Yes, a pterosaur.  We believe he saw a Ropen, a supposed living fossil.  They sometimes give off bioluminescence, or natural light giving off by certain animals.  Now, pterosaurs have been portrayed as several cryptids.  but on a bigger scale, there’s Mokele Mbembe.  He’s supposed to be a living sauropod.

And to end this story, the most killer of killers of most killer killers.  The Kasai Rex!  Of course, it’s based on the T-Rex.  But this photo is just a big lizard.  Seems to be fake.

Big Ears, Dontcha Think?

That wraps up the tale of the living dinosaurs.  Could these really exist, or are they just paranoia and legends.  Now, I’m off to watch some Monsterquest on the Ropen!

Cryptids: Legends Of The Deep

As for our first Cryptids entry, I’m going to show you the not-so-famous sea monster legends.

Many Sea Monsters Have Only Been Drawn

That’s correct!  But monster legends go way back then.  And some are just so recent.  Like Lusca.

Gross, but cool!

Countless sea monsters have been reported , like

• Nessie
• Champ
• Chessie
• Morgawr
• Cadbrosaurus

But many more have come from mythology.  Many.  Next time, if ancient fish still exist, why not dinosaurs?

Pennies For Penguins!

Well, yesterday I volunteered for a fundraiser for the Lehigh Valley Zoo’s Pennies For Penguins foundation.  I made a display with a diorama and a donation jar.  I was right by the Lehigh Zoo’s table.  It stole some of the show because it brought in some animals, but I still raised $21.83, including 500 pennies!  Here’s me helping to make a donation:

So, I’ll be trying to get another fundraiser up at the showing of Kung Fu Panda.  Sorry, I forgot to mention that the fundraiser was at a movie showing.  Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.  The penguins in the movie really fit into the whole “animal” theme.  And it was really fun!

Here’s What I’ll Do

I’ve decided to not do the Red Carpet or time warp stuff, because well, I don’t think that stuff is all to popular for an ordinary blog.  So instead of that, we’ll learn about cryptids!  You know, the many creatures science doesn’t know about.  We’ll learn mostly about cryptids that aren’t all too popular.  So get ready!

Gasp!

Tonight, me and Eli and Mom took some pictures of a green object in the air.  What was it?  We didn’t know, so we decided to capture the evidence to show you.  Here are the two pictures we took of the object in the air:

 

The First Show Of The UFO!

What was it?  We still didn’t know.  So when the UFO showed up a minute later, we seized the chance.  This time, the UFO went under our tree, where it appeared to be much smaller than we thought.

 

Second Sighting!

But then the UFO crashed, and we quickly drove to where it was.  Turned out to be a Frisbee.  There’s always next time!

This story was mostly a joke.  We threw a 
Frisbee a few times, and took some pics, just to get a good laugh!

UFOs are way old, old enough to be in paintings.

And the legend of the  Yakima man!  A red-eyed man who had amazing healing powers.  When he died, an object came to get his body.  And then UFOs are in paintings that go to the Da Vinci days!

 

What is that?

Assumption: Not likely.  The UFO in the painting above could just be a blot.  And most legends are just that.  But the cave art shall remain unsolved.  Next time, we embark on a new blog chain!  Time to warp!

What Are Those?

And after the war, there was Kenneth Arnold’s sighting, and afterwards Roswell.  But have the Nazis more to do with this than expected?  We believe they built a flying bell, which caused several UFO sightings.  But it’s only  a theory.  The assumption: very likely.  The Nazis had a lot of ideas up their sleeves.  Flying wings, a possible plan for a nuclear bomb, and more!  Why not a flying bell?  Next time, flying globes, land of the fish and the Yakima man.  A very long history of UFOs.

What are black triangles?  Just another kind of UFOs.

How can these be explained?  Well, the Air Force does have some planes called the SR-71 Blackbird.

Our assumption: possibly real.  Yet the Blackbird has no resemblance to a triangle.  Next time, the startling truth.  Did the Nazis create a stunning aircraft?
